Xtream IPTV Canada provides internet-based television streaming subscriptions (IPTV) to customers in Canada and internationally. Our service gives subscribers access to live channels, on-demand movies and series, and sports content delivered over the internet through compatible apps and devices.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription from Xtream IPTV Canada. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Plans We offer multiple subscription plans based on the number of simultaneous screens and the duration (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are clearly shown before checkout.
3.2 Payment Payment is required in full before your subscription is activated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed securely.
3.3 No Auto-Renewal Our subscriptions do not renew automatically. When your plan expires, your service will stop and you must manually purchase a new subscription to continue.
3.4 Price Changes We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect subscriptions that have already been paid for and are currently active.
4. Activation and Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, your Xtream code login credentials (username, password, and server URL) will be delivered to your email address within 60 seconds. If you do not receive your credentials within 10 minutes, please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or email.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
5.2 Refund Conditions Refunds will not be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be issued if your account has been suspended due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Refunds will not be issued for free trial accounts.

5.4 Cancellation Since our subscriptions do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel. Your service simply expires at the end of your paid period.
6. Free Trial
We offer a free 24-hour trial with no credit card required. The free trial is limited to one per person or household. Abuse of the free trial (for example, creating multiple accounts to extend the trial period) will result in termination of all associated accounts. Free trials do not qualify for refunds.

By using our service, you agree that you will:
Use the service only for personal, non-commercial viewing. Not share your login credentials with anyone outside your household. Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense your subscription without an authorized reseller agreement with us. Not use our service for any unlawful purpose. Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our servers or streaming infrastructure. Not use more simultaneous connections than your subscription plan allows.
Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
8. Reseller Program
Authorized resellers operate under a separate Reseller Agreement. If you are a reseller, the terms of your Reseller Agreement take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions where there is a conflict. Resellers are responsible for ensuring their customers comply with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Service Availability and Uptime
We aim to provide a reliable service with 99.9% uptime. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Planned maintenance, unexpected outages, or issues beyond our control (including internet connectivity problems on your end, ISP throttling, or force majeure events) may occasionally cause disruptions. We are not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by temporary service interruptions.
If you experience extended technical issues, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Compensation in the form of subscription extensions may be offered at our discretion for prolonged outages caused on our end.
10. Device and Internet Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a compatible device, a stable internet connection, and any necessary apps installed to use our service. We recommend a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps for HD streaming and 25 Mbps for 4K Ultra HD. We are not responsible for poor streaming quality caused by your internet connection or device.
11. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. Do not share your username and password with anyone outside your household. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
12. Content
The channels, movies, and series available through our service may change from time to time without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or piece of content at any given time. We are not responsible for the content of third-party channels or programs available through our service.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the xtreamiptv.ca website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of Xtream IPTV Canada or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
